    ›What is the AI Manager?
    The AI Manager is your Pro plan. It drafts social posts in your voice, finds venues actively booking your genre, writes weekly briefs summarizing what worked and what's next, and can auto-tweet scheduled posts to your account.
    ›How much does it cost?
    AI Manager is $19.99/month and Venue Plus is $29.99/month. Both are paid plans billed monthly — no trial. See the pricing page for the current breakdown.
    ›How do I cancel my subscription?
    Go to Pricing → Settings and click "Manage billing" — that opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
    ›Can I get a refund?
    Subscriptions are non-refundable once a paid period has started, but you can cancel any time to avoid future charges. If something looks wrong with a charge, email support@polsia.com and we'll review it.
    ›I lost access to my account / forgot my password
    Use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen to receive a reset email. If that doesn't work, email support@polsia.com from the address on your account and we'll get you back in.
    ›What happens to my posts if I downgrade?
    Everything you've already generated and posted stays in your history. Downgrading moves you back to the free tier limits for new posts and removes Pro features like venue matching and weekly briefs.
